The Brickwork UI capability showcase

Beautiful interfaces, built the Django way.

A strict token-driven system that produces warm, composed, editorial-feeling products, proven here by running the whole ICV ecosystem through it: a public front end and a real content-editor back office, both rendered entirely from django-brickwork.

A preview of the Brickwork UI content editor

One system, every surface

The same tokens and components render a marketing page, a docs article, and a full content-editor back office.

Django-native

Plain Django templates and class-based views throughout: no separate frontend framework, no build step required to render a page.

Token-driven

Every colour, spacing, and type value flows from a small set of load-bearing tokens, so a full rebrand is a handful of CSS custom properties.

WCAG 2.2 AA tested

Every component ships accessible by default and is axe-checked in both light and dark themes as part of the release gate.

Proven on a real ecosystem

ICV packages wired live 3
surfaces: public site and back office 2
brickwork, no bespoke CSS 100%

Structure that becomes beauty: the brand is just a token block, the components carried the rest.
